Description

Beautiful fully furnished and equipped 4 season house with wrap around views of the Outaouais River, located in Luskville at Black Bay beach on Chemin des Pins with access way to the beach 50 meters away. It is an Ideal swimming beach for children and offers great fishing summer or winter.

This superb 2 storey house which is ideal for families with grand parents, is split into two self contained abodes each with a well equipped kitchen, lounge room, full bathroom with bath and shower, laundry with washer and dryer. 

The upper abode is on the second level - There are 2 bedrooms (one queen size and 2 singles) each with their own washbasin.  The first level abode has 1 bedroom (double bed) and a kitchen. The interior finish of the house is made out of pine and it is decorated with taste and attention to detail.

There is a great balcony on the second level and a lovely and private yard to enjoy a BBQ.

  • The balance will be reqired 21 days prior your stay.
  • $300 refundable security bond is required when the balance is due 14 days before arrival, this money is required as security against breakages or damages.

  • $25 per day for visitors (max $50) who are not included in the house booking.
  • Non-smoking inside the house.
  • No animals.
  • No party policy (maximum 6 people).
