Should you rather outdoor fun (Spa, Kayak, Canoe, Paddle Board, snowshoeing, walking, fishing etc.) or being cozy indoors with games and activities (Billiards, ping pong, table football, video games, board games etc.) there is something for everyone at L'Affluent! Positioned strategically, the cottage is located only 25 minutes from Trois-Rivières, less than 10 minutes from Shawinigan and Grand-Mère and most notably 5 minutes from grocery and liquor stores, a pharmacy, restaurants and other attractions.
Inside, the wood fireplace instills a warm and friendly atmosphere. A splendid 3 seasons solarium which includes a living room and an alternative dining space will be an asset to your evening's entertainment. You will feel as if outside in the forest, while remaining comfortably inside! On the ground floor, both a game room and a double garage are available for you and your guests. This includes an air Hockey table, as well as a play area for children. On the 1st floor, enjoy the open concept environment integrating the kitchen, the main dining room and the living room with cathedral ceiling, all of which is punctuated by large windows overlooking the beautiful St-Maurice river and its sunset. On the 2nd floor, a large wood paneled mezzanine housing the "lounge" space and a pool table, topped with a sensational view, will liven up your happy hour.
For the comfort of your guests, you will find four (4) rooms + a semi sequestered room with a sofa bed. The rooms are equipped with smart TVs. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed in addition to a separate bathroom. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed and a single bunk bed equipped with an entire bathroom for its occupants. On the 2nd floor, two (2) bedrooms, each with a king bed, for cozy nights. A full bathroom is also available on this level, in addition to a quality sofa bed.
Let's move on to the outdoor amenities. Firstly, a large gallery crowns the cottage. Under the rooved area, the Spa and some furniture will be at your disposal to enjoy the general splendor of the natural surroundings. Direct access to the river is just a few steps away. A dock for your boat, a quiet beach for swimming or relaxing and an outdoor campfire site is set up on the grounds to enjoy memorable times. Available on site are: two (2) kayaks, two (2) paddle boards, a canoe, beach games, snowshoes, sleighs, saucers and crazy carpets. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, snowshoeing, fishing, bird watching and outdoor games.

To book, the tenant must be 30 years old or older and a rental agreement will be sent to you and accept the terms and conditions of the latter to confirm the reservation.
A $225 cleaning fee applies for all bookings.
A minimum deposit of 50% of the rental amount is required at the time of booking. This deposit is paid by credit card or interac.
The full balance of the rental amount must be paid thirty (30) days prior to the occupancy date.The cancellation within more than (30) days of the occupancy date is refundable in full.
No cancellation is refundable within thirty (30) days of the date of occupancy.
