Taxes for the published rates: Taxes extra
- 2 nights minimum
- 3 nights minimum during long weekends, Christmass period, school break, and construction vacation.
- Security deposit of $1000 required 7 days before arrival and returned 5 business days after departure.
- Cleaning fee $350 per stay.
- Minimum age of 30 and 2 forms of identification are required for rental.
- No pets / non-smoking.
IMPORTANT: Strict monitoring of the number of occupants is enforced, and the tranquility of the premises must be respected at all times (no parties!). Exceeding the maximum number of guests (12) will result in automatic expulsion of the group without any compensation. Please note that it's important to keep the noise down and respect the neighborhood after 10 PM. We will not hesitate to retain the entire security deposit in case of excessive noise after 10 PM and/or nighttime disturbances.
