Located in front of the beautiful Godon Lake in Chertsey, the MAGNIFICENT Chalet BAU-M , both modern and rustic, welcomes you in an area of 3,500 square feet of living space spread over 3 floors and 50,000 square feet of land can accommodate up to 12 people. Inside, you will discover up-to-date decor with large windows to admire nature.
You have 5 total bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a roof terrace with superb views of the lake and the mountains.
On the second floor you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom as well as the large roof terrace with relaxation area.
On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom as well as the living room, dining room, gas fireplace and open concept kitchen with all the necessary high-end appliances. Also a large patio with BBQ covered to protect from rain and snow, connected to the kitchen.
In the basement you will find 1 bedroom (2 queen beds), 1 bathroom and the huge game room equipped with a pool table, foosball table, ping pong table , arcade and much more.
Heated floors in majority of the chalet.
Outside you will find a therapeutic 6-seater spa, fire place and playground.

Applicable Taxes: GST, QST and the 3.5% lodging tax.
A deposit of $ 1,000.00 is required in order to make the reservation. This same deposit will serve as a security deposit and will be returned to you 2-3 days following your departure, provided that the chalet does not present any damage and / or breakage.
The total rental price is due 30 days before the date of your stay.
Must be 28 years and older to reserve.
