During the February and March school holidays it is a minimum of 3 nights.
Cancellations are accepted 30 days before the arrival date. If before 30 days there will be a penalty of your deposit of 50%.
A security deposit of $800 will be requested and returned within 5 days of departure.

Minimum age for rental is 25 years old.
