This pretty chalet offers you a warm and welcoming living space! It is the perfect place to make your passage a magical moment for toddlers as well as for the older ones! Whether you are a couple, family or friends, everyone will find their space !

Either you are 2 or 13 people, the Chalet O lac will charm you for its modern and originality of its living spaces.  The main attraction of this house is the access to the majestic Lake Sept-Îles in summer and and in winter time: swimming, fishing, kayaking, Ice skating, skiing and direct access to snowmobile trails.

The cottage at the garden floor: You have an open concept space with a central island and a large working area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a Keurig coffee maker and a regular maker, fondue stoves and all the necessary utensils and dishes to cook at your leisure to offer you a unique experience. 

The dining room can be configured according to your needs. You can easily sit 13 guests to the large table and island counter.

The living room has a wood fireplace and a large confortable sofa-bed and a large. flat-screen TV with cable and Wi-Fi internet access.

This level has a bathroom equipped with a large bath and a bedroom equipped with a queen size bed and a working station. Large A/C unit on the main floor.

The cottage at the basement floor : Two bedrooms are furnished with 1 queen bed, 1 double bed and 1 twin bed with adjacent bathroom and ceramic shower and therapeutic jets.

A family room will also entertain your teenagers playing or watching a good movie. Large TV, Xbox 360 video games, PacMan and various board games, are offered. There is also a very confortable sofa-bed and two bunkbeds.

A washer and dryer are at your disposal on this level.

Your stay will be as pleasant outside as inside! A covered terrace, two dining tables and a propane BBQ will please you a lot. The courtyard is equipped with a private spa-jacuzzi, a gazebo with lounge furniture and an outdoor fireplace. Moreover, a shed is at your disposal to put there, yours sports equipments or bikes.
