You access this single storey chalet by a ramp. The entrance, equipped with storage for coats and shoes, leads directly into the large living room. While the kitchen is on the left, the dining room with its large wooden table and chairs is on the right. From the latter, you can go to the living room where a large fireplace dominates the center of the room. It is equipped with a television. You will enjoy having an aperitif, reading a book, watching a movie or just chatting in good company.
The bathroom is also directly accessible from this room. It is equipped with a bath and a shower with handles and a laundry area with washer and dryer. The two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, are located on the left side of the house. They are decorated up to date and their beds are very comfortable. In front of the house, you can eat in the shelter of a gazebo in summer. A barbecue is also at your disposal, as well as an outdoor fireplace. And from spring 2022, you will be able to enjoy a spa that will be newly installed to allow you a relaxing moment with your loved ones.
You will like the luminosity of the chalet and its natural environment. Just a 3-minute walk away, you have shared access to the lake. While in summer you can enjoy swimming or a kayak or paddle board ride, you can take a walk on the lake in winter.
Bedding and towels are provided, as well as Internet access.

Please carefully read the Rent a Laurentian chalet reservation policy, complete the requested information and sign at the bottom of the document to accept these conditions and regulations.
Booking conditions
- You must be 30 years of age and over and be present for the duration of your stay to rent a chalet.
- The rental amount is in CAN $. Quebec housing tax (3.5% / day), cleaning costs are added to the price per night.
- A 30% rental deposit (excluding taxes) is required at time of booking by Interac e-Transfer or credit card (4% charge applies). The amount of the deposit is indicated in the rental agreement.
- Once the rental deposit amount has been paid, you will receive by email the contract with the payment confirmation.
- The balance of 70% is payable 10 days before your arrival date. An email will be sent to you to proceed to payment.
Security deposit
- A security deposit of $ 350 is required at the same time as the 70% balance payment. To proceed, we invite you to click on the PayPal link indicated in the rental agreement at least 10 days before your arrival date.
- An inspection of the chalet will be made by a member of the staff before your arrival and after your departure.
- This security deposit will be refunded in the week following the stay after inspection if no breakage, damage or dirt was made during the stay.
- If a breakage, damage or uncleanliness were noted, we will deduct from the security deposit the amount of the invoice related to the repair, replacement or additional cleaning required by the situation. The invoice, as well as photos, will be sent to you.
Terms of cancelation
- If you must cancel your reservation between 1 and 30 days before your arrival date, no refund is possible.
- If you cancel between 31 and 45 days before your arrival date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation deposit will be withheld.
- In the event of cancellation made more than 45 days before the date of your stay, a cancellation fee of 30% of the reservation deposit will be retained.
- Renting a Laurentian chalet and the chalet owner will not reimburse tenants following unforeseeable situations (power failure, telephone, sewer service or drinking water).

Property regulations
- The chalet is a non-smoking property.
- Loud parties, excessive noise and outdoor music are prohibited at all times. If a complaint requiring compensation were made during the duration of the stay, it would be the responsibility of the culprits.
- The chalet is privately owned and he expects tenants to keep their property clean and presentable at all times during their stay and upon departure. If cigarette ends or garbage were found in the wild, $ 100 will be taken from the security deposit.
- Parents are responsible for the safety of their children and must ensure their supervision at all times.
- The use of services and equipment (electrical, electronic, BBQ, etc.) is the responsibility of the customer.
