This unique style house for 6 people is located on the edge of a lake and nestled in a vast wooded lot. She was designed with an avant-garde vision by her owners. They wanted to create a completely circular property, harmoniously combining concrete walls and wooden logs. By choosing to stay in this original residence, you will appreciate not only its exceptional design, but also its privileged location on the edge of the lake. You can easily enjoy a pedal boat, kayak or paddle board trip in the summer, or a snowshoe hike in the winter.

When you arrive, you can park your car in the garage, and even charge your electric car using a socket specially installed for this purpose. Once inside, you will be welcomed into a cozy living room with a pellet stove and TV. From this space, you can easily access the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen. You will appreciate the breathtaking view of the lake from these living rooms. The three bedrooms as well as a spacious bathroom with a laundry area are located nearby. In addition, a work space is available to you.

In summer, you can dine on the terrace equipped with a barbecue and relax while contemplating the surrounding nature. An outdoor fireplace is also available to enhance your evenings. And you will have access to equipment such as a pedal boat, an inflatable kayak, a paddle board, and even a fishing rod, to fully enjoy your stay at the lake.

Bedding and towels are provided, as well as Internet access.

Many nearby activities are possible in summer: hiking at the Héritage Forest or Parc de la Coulée, water slides and games at the Sommet Saint-Sauveur Water Park, biking on the P'tit Train du Nord... In winter, you can go cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or fatbiking at the Gai-Luron Cross-Country Ski Center or downhill skiing at Sommet Saint-Sauveur.

You enjoy living by the lake and being able to enjoy the attractions of the village of Saint-Sauveur located just 15 minutes by car, with its many restaurants and shops.

Reservation policy

Please read the Rent a Chalet Laurentides reservation policy carefully, complete the requested information and sign at the bottom of the document to accept these conditions and regulations.

Booking conditions

• You must be aged 30 and over and be present for the entire duration of your stay to rent a chalet.
• The rental amount is in CAN$. Added to the rate per night are the Quebec housing tax 3.5%/, QST, GST and cleaning fees.
• A 30% rental deposit (excluding taxes) is required at time of booking via Interac e-Transfer or credit card (4% fee applies). The deposit amount is indicated in the rental contract.
• Once the rental deposit amount has been paid, you will receive the contract with payment confirmation by email.
• The balance of 70% is payable 10 days before your arrival date. An email will be sent to you to proceed with payment.

Security deposit

• A security deposit of $350 is required at the same time as payment of the 70% balance. To proceed, we invite you to click on the PayPal link indicated in the rental contract at least 10 days before your arrival date.
• An inspection of the chalet will be carried out by a member of staff before your arrival and following your departure.
• This security deposit will be refunded within the week following the stay after inspection if no breakage, damage or uncleanliness was made during the stay.
• If breakage, damage or uncleanliness is noted, we will deduct from the security deposit the amount of the invoice related to the repair, replacement or additional cleaning required by the situation. The invoice, as well as photos, will be sent to you.

Terms of cancelation

• If you need to cancel your reservation between 1 and 30 days before your arrival date, no refund is possible.
• If you cancel between 31 and 45 days before your arrival date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation deposit will be retained.
• If canceled more than 45 days before the date of your stay, a cancellation fee of 30% of the reservation deposit will be retained.
• Renting a Laurentides chalet and the owner of the chalet will not reimburse tenants following unforeseeable situations (power outage, telephone outage, sewer service or drinking water).

We reserve the right to accept or not pets in the chalet, depending on the number

Property regulations

• The chalet is a non-smoking property.
• Loud parties, excessive noise and outside music are prohibited at all times. If a complaint requiring compensation was made during the duration of the stay, it would be the responsibility of the offenders.
• The cottage is privately owned and tenants are expected to keep their property clean and presentable at all times during their stay and upon departure. If cigarette butts or waste are found in nature, $100 will be taken from the security deposit.
• Parents are responsible for the safety of their children and must ensure their supervision at all times.
• The use of services and equipment (electrical, electronic appliances, BBQ, etc.) is the responsibility of the customer.
• For reasons of security and insurance, the number of tenants, i.e. people SLEEPING in the rental property, must not exceed the number of people that can be accommodated which is established at
