Located on a superb wooded lot of more than 2 acres just ten minutes from Lac Nominingue, this chalet for 6 people is the perfect place to spend a weekend or a rejuvenating week in a most peaceful environment. You will appreciate the warm character of this wooden construction and the size of the land that you will be able to explore, summer and winter, on a 10 km trail. Everything is organized to make your stay unforgettable!

You benefit from covered parking, right at the entrance of the chalet, ideal for unloading your luggage and groceries. Several other parking spaces are also available if you come to several vehicles. In summer, you will like to take a moment on the gallery, sitting in the swing, contemplating nature. And what about the terrace where you can eat what you have prepared on the barbecue or relax on the zero gravity chairs at your disposal. This is also where the spa is located, accessible year-round.

Once inside, you will be charmed by the abundant windows that offer a direct view of the woods. The living rooms, with their cathedral ceilings, benefit from full light. The living room is equipped with a television and a sound speaker to listen to your favorite music. A large table conducive to good meals with family or friends is in the center of the dining room, with a pellet stove that heats the entire room in winter. And the kitchen contains all the equipment that will make your stay easier.

On the same level is the master bedroom with queen bed, as well as a large bathroom with whirlpool bath, umbrella shower and a laundry area. Another bedroom is located upstairs with a bunk bed (one double bed and two single beds) and... two hanging hammock chairs. If needed, the sofa bed in the living room (queen size) can be used. A bathroom is accessible directly from the mezzanine where a work and play area is fitted out.

Bedding and towels are provided, as well as Internet access.

An outdoor fireplace is also available.

Many nearby activities are possible in summer: swimming and volleyball at the municipal beach of Nominingue, cycling on the paved section of more than 22 km of the P'tit Train du Nord, golf at Golf Nominingue, hiking at Mont Bondy in the Papineau-Labelle wildlife reserve... In winter, you can go cross-country skiing or snowshoeing on the 50 km of the Lac-des-Grandes-Baies trails or go Nordic skiing in the Papineau-Labelle wildlife reserve . You can also go skating on the lake and, less than 5 minutes by car, you can go on an adventure guided by sled dogs.

You appreciate the proximity to Nominingue Lake where you can swim in summer and skate in winter. Not to mention all the leisure activities available to you in a close area and the 10 km trail directly accessible from the chalet.

*CHALET RULES*

1• You must be aged 28 or over and be present for the entire duration of your stay to rent a chalet.

1. Check-in can be done any time after 4:00 p.m. The maximum time for Check-out is 11:00 am. You can request for a Check-in earlier than 4:00 p.m. or a Check-out after 11:00 a.m., but we cannot guarantee this request and we will be able to give you an official answer only 24 hours in advance.

1. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the chalet. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty. Upon departure, leave the premises, chalet, furniture and accessories in the same condition as upon arrival and in their original location.

1. We reserve the right to accept or not pets in the chalet, depending on the number of animals, age and race. Additional charges will apply. Whatever the pet, it should not climb on the sofas or enter the rooms.

1. Parties and excessive noise outside the chalet are not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $350.00 penalty and immediate expulsion without refund. We have excessive noise detection systems outside the chalet.

1. If the chalet is left in a messy state, we will charge $40 per additional hour per housekeeping attendant to put the house in order. Household waste must not be accumulated inside the chalet. They must be wrapped in plastic bags and placed in the black and green outdoor bins provided for this purpose, on the way guests must wash their dishes before check-out

1. Guests assume full responsibility for any accident, injury or illness occurring in the chalet. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any damage arising from their use of the premises. Customers acknowledge that they may personally purchase insurance to protect against such occurrences.

1. If more guests than the number initially indicated in the booking are sleeping at the chalet, the security deposit will be fully charged and we will ask that the initial number of guests mentioned in the booking be respected from then on.

1. If you notice anything that presents a hazard that could cause damage to the place or to people, let us know immediately.

1. If you delay the work of the housekeeping attendants at check-out, you will be charged $50. This charge is applied to any late departure between 11:00 and 13:00. Any guest who is still on site after 1:00 p.m. will be charged for an additional night. This does not apply if we have approved a late departure in advance.

12. The owner of the chalet is not held responsible for any consequences arising from serious or fatal injuries, thefts, loss of personal property.

1. the owner of the chalet will not reimburse the tenants following unforeseeable situations (power failure, telephone failure, sewer service or drinking water).
