Summary
Charming quaint little cottage built on a fully wooded lot - Construction completed in July 2021 - Incredible view of an imposing waterfall with no access to water before summer 2022 - Come and relax to the sound of the water and the nature.

- Master bedroom (13 x 10): king-size bed (King), bedside tables, weekly table, private bathroom (ceramic shower with built-in bench) and large storage;

- Household products and paper products : cleaning supplies, dish soap and dishwasher products, laundry soap, fabric softener, bleach, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue paper, aluminum foil, parchment paper, plastic wrap, food containers, bags and wrappers, napkins garbage and recycling bags.
- Pantry : Spices, seasonings, oils and vinegar.
- Personal Care : Shampoo and conditioner, homemade soaps, cotton swabs, cotton wool, cotton swabs and first aid kit.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
- Fifty percent (50%) of the rental cost is required upon reservation. The balance and the security deposit of $ 1,000.00 are payable five (5) days before the start of the rental by Interac transfer;
- When the reservation is made less than fifteen (15) days before the rental start date, full payment and the security deposit of $ 1,000.00 are fully required at the time of booking;
- A valid identity document confirming the address and date of birth of the RENTER must be presented to the RENTERS.
RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY
- All cancellations must be made by written notice to the RENTERS.
- If the cancellation notice is received more than 30 days before the start of the rental, the deposit of fifty percent (50%) will be retained by the RENTERS as damages and interest.
- If the cancellation notice is received less than thirty days before the start of the rental, the RENTER must pay the full amount of the rental, except the security deposit which will be returned.
- If the cancellation is made after the start of the rental, the RENTER must pay the full amount of the rental, with the security deposit for breakage and damage which will be returned.
- In the event that the building is destroyed, sold or is not in a condition to be rented for unforeseen problems or beyond the control of the RENTERS, any contract will be canceled and the amounts will be reimbursed in full.
