Chalet Évasion Orford is a charming chalet on one level (no stairs) with a beautiful view of Mont-Orford and all the comfort and amenities to make your vacation a memorable one ! Available for short term and longer term rentals.
You will enjoy our recently renovated 2 closed bedrooms (Queen beds), bathroom and a laundry corner with stacked washer and dryer.
Relax in the living room with its beautiful fireplace to either watch a movie on our Smart Roku TV or play a game of Monopoly or Scrabble (at your disposal). The dining room (table for 6) can accomodate your family meals or romantic dinners for 2, with a view on Mont-Orford. A plus: the sofa in the living room is a sofa-bed (double bed).
The large kitchen is ultra functional and fully equiped. In the summer you will enjoy two private terrasses: one at the front of the chalet to enjoy your meals and one in the back for cocktails while enjoying the view. You will also have access to a BBQ in the summer. The private parking spot can accomodate 2 cars.
Our chalet is certified "Bienvenue Cyclistes" by Vélo-Québec thus giving you access to a secured shed for your bikes as well as repair kit. In the summer, the shed can also be used to put away your SUP and in the winter your ski equipment.
Take advantage of Lac à l'écluse, the private lake that is only a few minutes away by foot, where you will be able to swim, use your own SUP or kayak.
Chalet Évasion Orford is located in the Jardin des sables domain in Orford. A quiet, relaxing and peaceful environment yet close to all vacation amenities, only 5 minutes from Mont-Orford, 3 minutes from Parc National du Mont-Orford and 9 minutes from charming Magog !

Payment Schedule
- 50% due at time of booking
- Remaining balance due 7 days before arrival
Cancellation Policy
- 100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier
- 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier
- No refund when canceled less than 14 days before arrival
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of $300 is held on the credit used for payment, 1 day before arrival and voided 3 days after departure.
32 + day rentals: The following taxes are not charged for rentals of 32 days and fore: Quebec accommodation tax, Quebec sales tax (QST), goods and services tax (GST). QST and GST are only charged ont cleaning fees.
Cleaning fees of 150 $ (plus taxes) are charged at all times.
