Description
Chalet Escapade Orford is a charming chalet on 3 levels, recently renovated in full with all amenities for a perfect vacation ! Available for short term and longer term rentals.
We offer you 2 closed bedrooms (Queen beds), 1 mezzanine room with sofabed, office nook and smart TV, a large full bathroom with shower and a separate laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer.
Enjoy the cozy living room with its fireplace and Smart TV. Take time to relax and play Monopoly, Scrabble or a game of cards (all in the Chalet). Whether you want a romantic dinner for 2 or a family dinner, our dining table can accomodate up to 6 guests.
The ultra functional and modern kitchen is fully equiped. In the summer you can enjoy our large terrasse with patio and dining furniture as well as a BBQ. Private parking for 2 cars.
In summer, you will be able to enjoy swimming or bring your own SUP or kayak at the Lac à l'écluse, a private lake to which you have access and that is at walking distance.
Chalet Escapade Orford is located in the Jardin des sables domain in Orford. A quiet, relaxing and peaceful environment yet close to all vacation amenities.

Payment Schedule
- 50% due at time of booking
- Remaining balance due 7 days before arrival
Cancellation Policy
- 100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier
- 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier
- No refund when canceled less than 14 days before arrival
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of $300 is held on the credit used for payment, 1 day before arrival and voided 3 days after departure.
32 + day rentals: The following taxes are not charged for rentals of 32 days and fore: Quebec accommodation tax, Quebec sales tax (QST), goods and services tax (GST). QST and GST are only charged ont cleaning fees.
Cleaning fees of 150 $ (plus taxes) are charged at all times.
