Description
Chalet Détente Orford is a charming condominium-chalet, fully renovated with all the commodities for a perfect vacation and one of the very few properties accredited by Vélo Québec as bycicle friendly (Bienvenue Cyclistes). Available for short term and longer term rentals.
You will enjoy one closed bedroom, full bathroom, cozy living room with its fireplace, Smart TV and a sofabed (Queen). Take time to relax and play Monopoly, Scrabble or a game of cards (all in the Chalet).
The ultra functional and modern kitchen is fully equiped. In the summer you can enjoy diner on the terrasse with a BBQ at your disposal. Free reserved private parking for 1 car and access to an extra parking space in the visitors' section. You also have access to a secured shed for your bikes, SUP and skis.
Chalet Détente Orford is located only 5 minutes from Mont-Orford, 3 minutes from Parc National du Mont-Orford and 9 minutes from charming Magog !

- 50% due at time of booking
- Remaining balance due 7 days before arrival
Cancellation Policy
- 100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier
- 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier
- No refund when canceled less than 14 days before arrival
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of $300 is held on the credit used for payment, 1 day before arrival and voided 3 days after departure.
32 + day rentals: The following taxes are not charged for rentals of 32 days and fore: Quebec accommodation tax, Quebec sales tax (QST), goods and services tax (GST). QST and GST are only charged ont cleaning fees.
Cleaning fees of 120 $ (plus taxes) are charged at all times.
