Very well centralized, Chiasson Office is between the towns of Lamèque and Shippagan on the Acadian coast and about 30 minutes from Caraquet as well as Tracadie-Sheila.
grocery stores 8 minutes from Shippagan and another in Lamèque.
Close to all the tourist attractions of the Acadian Peninsula (all within 40 minutes by car).

Several free access to the beach of our beautiful village and house directly on the beach which is along the Acadian coastline (ocean) with very beautiful sand.
Beautiful little fishing village, there is the possibility of having fresh lobster caught every day of the season from mid-May to the end of June, beginning of July.
House #1: 4 Bedroom and 5 beds. Washer, dryer (soap included), iron and ironing board, bedding, towels and washcloths provided, asphalt entrance, access ramp for people with reduced mobility as well as the shower (also for reduced mobility) with support for entering and exiting. This pretty house is equipped as if you were at home!! BBQ, HD TV, DVD player and Wifi with assortment of films for children and 13+, patio set to enjoy the sea air :) Ask me for photos
House #2 5 Bedroom + 2 small single beds, Has almost all the same things except no asphalt entrance, no ramp, no shower for people with reduced mobility and sheets are provided. Ask for photos

Low season from May 2 or before if the temperature permits to June 20 and from September 7 to November 1 (if the temperature permits) = $On request price per house per week
High season of July and August = Price on request per house per week
Do you want to rent for less than a week? The minimum is 2 nights from prices on request during low season only.
Our houses can accommodate 10 people in House 1 and 12 people in House 2. And up to 22 people in our establishments #3A, B, C. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE GIVE DISCOUNTS EVEN IF THERE ARE ONLY 2 OF YOU PEOPLE. PRICES ARE NOT AND WILL NOT BE CHANGEABLE.
A 50% deposit is required when you book a full week. Payment can be made by credit card via Paypal (add 3.5% if you choose this method), by E-Transfer or bank transfer. If you do not take a full week, we require full payment so that we can confirm the dates you want available on the calendar.
CANCELLATION POLICY :
If by any chance you have to cancel your stay, the sooner the better, you can notify us personally, otherwise,
In the event that you have booked 2 weeks in a row and you want to change your stay from your 2nd week to a longer stay, we will not refund anything at all even if your 2nd week falls within the cancellation policy deadlines, the fact that you have postponed your stay due to the weather being less pleasant than you had hoped, that ultimately the spouse cannot have his vacation, and everything that may seem. If you change your stay to a more expensive week you will be required to pay the difference between the two prices, and if it is to a cheaper week we will reassess the situation on a case by case basis. We will base ourselves on the initial reservation and not the modifications.
Late arrival or early departure does not result in any refund. Modification, extension or relocation of the stay is subject to availability for the current season and may be subject to fees.
-Up to 60 days before your initial arrival date, the fee is $0.00 therefore 100% refund of the money received from you.
-Between 30 and 59 days before your initial arrival date the refund will be 75% of the money received from you;
-Between 15 and 29 days before your initial arrival date the refund will be 25% of the money received from you;
-Between 8 to 14 days before your initial arrival date the refund will be 15% of the money received from you;
-Up to 1 week before your initial arrival date no refund will be made even if you decide to cancel your 2nd week in the first days you arrived.
