Rental type: Short stay

Low season starts May 2nd until June 20 and from September 7 until November 2nd available house per week
High season June 20 to July 18 and August 15 til September 7 = available per house per week
Peak weeks from July 18 to August 15rd = available per house per week
You wish to rent for less than a week? There is a minimum of 2 nights in the low season only, starting prices: send me a message.
Our houses can accomodate 10 persons in House #1 and 12 persons in House #2 and #3 Up to 22 people. IN NO CIRCUMPSTANCE WE WILL NOT GIVE A REBATE BECAUSE YOU TELL US THAT YOU ARE ONLY 2 PERSONS. THE PRICES CANNOT BE CHANGE.
A deposit of 50% is required when you book for at least a complete week. You can pay with your credit card through Paypal (add 3.5% more if you choose this option), by E-Transfer or banking transfer through a void check spécimen. If you don't have a complete week we request that a full paiment is done to confirm your requested date on the calendar if they are available.
Cancellation Politics:
If you have to cancel your stay, the earlier will be the better to contact us personnaly.
In the case that you have booked 2 weeks in a row and you want to modify your stay to a further time during the season for your 2nd week, we will not reimburse the decision that you took to move it on. Even if the weather is not as you were expecting, nor we may have some availability and if you change it into a week which cost is higher you will have to pay the difference and if you move it to a time where the price is lower than what you had before, we will have to check the situation case by case. Pricing will be base on the initial reservation/ booking.
- A late arrival or an early check out would not be reimburse. The modification, extending your stay or switching your stay for another moment will only be accepted (with a price adjustement considering on extending your stay) if the disponibilities are available on the seasonnal calendar.
- 60 days before the initial arrival date a full reimbursement can be done. So no penality for you.
-Between 30 to 59 days before your initial arrival date we will reimburse 75% of the amount that we have received;
-Between 15 to 29 days before your initial arrival we will reimburse 25% of the amount received;
-Between 8 to 14 days before your initial arrival we will reimburse 15% of the amount received;
-If you cancel 1 week before your initial arrival, NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE DONE even if you had it booked for 2 weeks.

SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $250 IS MENDATORY. WILL BE REIMBURSE IF RULES AND NOTHING WAS BROKEN OR STOLEN, CAN TAKE UP TO 24H AFTER YOUR DEPARTURE TO BE DEPOSIT BACK TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
