The "Four Bears Lodge" will exceed all your expectations and fulfill everyones needs. Special features are; 6 bedrooms in total with 2 master suites with private ensuite baths, 5 bathrooms in total, wrap around deck with patio set and BBQ, private hot tub, game room with pool table and lounging area, four season porch, theater room, walk-out basement and private floating dock on lake Lacoste. You will create memorable moments in this luxurious waterfront home for generations to come.

Reservation deposit:
A reservation deposit of 50% before tax will be required at the time of booking. Once your deposit has been authorized, your confirmation letter and invoice showing your reference number will be forwarded.
The balance of your invoice is due 14 day's prior to your arrival.
LIABILITY INSURANCE:
A non-refundable liability insurance fee of 50$ + taxes will be charged. This will cover up to a maximum of 500$ of ACCIDENTAL DAMAGES.
ALL DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE VALUE OF 500$ WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE/USED FOR THE RESERVATION.
Security deposit: A pre-authorization deposit of $750 is required the date of your arrival and release after the inspection of the chalet.
No reservation under 25 years old.
Check-In: 5:00 PM.
Check-Out: 10:00 AM.
