Large renovated cottage with open concept on the ground floor, in Labelle (Laurentides region), 20 minutes from Mont Tremblant and Mont-Blanc.

Peaceful corner in nature on the edge of Lake Gervais (Vert).

Our chalet can accommodate 8 adults maximum or 3 families with children.

You will feel at the end of the world, just 10 minutes from all the village services.

The minimum length of a stay is two (2) nights

Daily rates vary depending on the season, special events and holidays.

All rates are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to the 3.5% Quebec lodging tax, the 5% GST tax on goods and services and a 9.975% sales tax.

 

PAYMENT

Deposit upon booking of 25% of the total rental price by bank transfer

Final balance payable no later than 24 hours before arrival.

 

SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit is $500.00 payable 24 hours before arrival.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Less than 30 days before arrival:

  • Cancellation fee of $100 + non-refundable taxes.
  • Possibility of changing dates depending on availability and current rates.

Less than 7 days before arrival:

  • The deposit paid is non-refundable (25% of the total amount).
