Le Grand Heron
Located at the very beginning of Lake Labelle, which has a navigable length of 14km, this magnificent new building cottage, directly at the water's edge, will amaze you. With its sandy beach and private dock, come and enjoy swimming, also available; pedalo, kayak, canoe. 16ft pontoon rental with 20hp outboard motor is available. A private floating dock available for you will delight your children.
The cottage is arranged on 2 floors, on the ground floor you will find 1 bedroom with a Queen Bed, the 2nd with a double bed, 1 full bathroom with a bath, a large family room equipped with a TV and Wii games, a ping-pong table and a table of babyfoot. Access to the Spa below the covered outdoor terrace. On the ground floor, 1 bedroom with Queen bed and 2nd with double bed, full bathroom with ceramic shower and washer-dryer. Kitchen all equipped and the living room with a fireplace. Outdoor terrace equipped with a BBQ and patio set.
Outside, a fireplace will be at your disposal summer and winter, to observe the moonlight and starry sky like nowhere else.

You can find a 10Km grocery store, service station, descent of the Red River by Kayak or canoe, restaurant of the station, mountain bike or snowmobile trails, dog sled.
Only less than 30 minutes from Mont-Tremblant and Mont Blanc. 1h45 from Montreal and 2 hours from Ottawa. Le Grand Heron is the perfect cottage to escape with family or friends, both in winter and summer.

The minimum duration of a stay is two (2) nights.
Daily rates vary depending on the season, special events, and holidays.
All rates are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to Quebec 3.5% lodging tax, 5% GST tax on goods and services, and 9.975% sales tax.
PAYMENT
Deposit on reservation of 25% of the total rental price by bank transfer Final balance payable no later than 24 hours before arrival.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
The security deposit is $ 500.00 payable 24 hours before arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Less than 30 days before arrival: Cancellation fee of $ 100 + non-refundable taxes. Possibility of changing the date depending on availability and current prices.
- Less than 7 days before arrival: The deposit paid is non-refundable (25% of the total amount).
