In the summer, motorsports enthusiasts can easily reach the 150 km circuit that winds through Les Laurentides with their quad bikes. Finally, nature lovers will be able to admire the different species of animals that can be seen on the grounds of this cottage for rent, or take superb walks in the Papineau - Labelle wildlife reserve, of which La Minerve is a gateway.
In winter, you can go sledding in the village or downhill from the chalet, play field hockey at the local skating rink, cross-country ski on the 35 km of trails maintained by the local club, or snowmobile on the 150 km of marked trails in the region.

A 35 minute drive from the international resort of Mont-Tremblant which abounds in sports activities, restaurants and other leisure activities: downhill skiing, dog sledding, karting, spas, casino, via ferrata, golf, etc.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INTERIOR
This large vacation home can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 10 people. The abundant windows allow you to enjoy the beauty of nature no matter which room you are in. A corner of the room has even been set up so that you can have a yoga session and relax to the max. A fully equipped kitchen awaits you to prepare your group meals. A playroom is also available for children.
One bedroom is located on the ground floor while 3 other bedrooms are located on the first floor. The whole is completed by 1 bathroom and a shower room.
First floor: Kitchen / Dining room / Living room / Game room (not available until December 25th due to renovations) / 1 powder room (with washer, dryer) / 1 closed bedroom with 1 Queen bed and 1 double bed
Upstairs: 1 closed room with 1 King bed and 1 double bed / 2 closed rooms with 1 Queen bed / 1 bathroom with 1 shower and 1 separate bath

During high season, our rates are more elevated.
To book make sure you have your credit card number. A first payment of 50% will be charged on your credit card at booking. A second payment of 50% will be blocked 3 days before your arrival and taken on the day of arrival.
/OR/ A booking within 14 days of the date of occupation is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment or 100 % of the total amount at time of booking .In addition, a $ 500 security deposit for a group of less than 10 people and $ 1000 for a group of 10 people and over or if the maximum capacity of the cottage is 14 persons and over will be blocked 3 days before your arrival on your credit card. This security deposit will be unblocked 4 days after departure if the cottage has been left in good condition.
