This large country home on the shores of Lac Denison in the heart of Cleveland Township is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature. You're sure to experience a calm, peaceful vacation since motorboats are not allowed on the lake. With a view of the lake, the deck is an ideal spot to enjoy a meal outdoors, bask in the sun or lie back in the spa. The tree-bordered yard has been landscaped with the whole family in mind. Play cards at a picnic table in the shade, relax in a reclining deckchair by the water or let the children have fun on the playground equipment—there's something for everyone. You can also head out onto the lake in one of the watercraft provided (canoe, kayaks and pedal boat) just to explore or to try your hand at fishing. You might even want to go looking for frogs with the young ones. At the end of the day, gather around a fire under the starry night sky to roast a few marshmallows.
*** Please note that abundant aquatic plant life has been reported in the lake, which makes swimming unenjoyable. Between Thanksgiving and the Patriots' weekend, we can not guarantee that the dock will be installed and that the watercrafts will be available. ***
This modern property with a warm atmosphere has a maximum occupancy of 12. The well-lit, open-concept ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with large central island that seats 7, large table with space for 8, immense living room with wood stove, and full bathroom. Downstairs are 3 closed bedrooms, intimate living room and full bathroom with washer and dryer.
Ground floor: Kitchen, dining room and living room / 1 bathroom with a bath tub.
Downstairs: 3 bedrooms with Queen beds / Living room : 2 sofa beds / 1 bathroom with a shower.
* Please note that this property is equipped to sleep 10, but will accept 2 extra guests if they bring their own mattress.

During high season, our rates are more elevated.
To book make sure you have your credit card number. A first payment of 50% will be charged on your credit card at booking. A second payment of 50% will be blocked 3 days before your arrival and taken on the day of arrival.
/OR/ A booking within 14 days of the date of occupation is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment or 100 % of the total amount at time of booking .In addition, a $ 500 security deposit for a group of less than 10 people and $ 1000 for a group of 10 people and over or if the maximum capacity of the cottage is 14 persons and over will be blocked 3 days before your arrival on your credit card. This security deposit will be unblocked 4 days after departure if the cottage has been left in good condition.
