CHALET FOR RENT - L'AVENTURIERE
Located in the magnificent Lanaudière region, in Ste-Émélie-de-L'Énergie, the L'Aventurière chalet will seduce you with its exceptional view of nature, its up-to-date interior and its many amenities. With its beautiful large windows, you will feel like you are outside at all times. You will certainly spend a memorable stay there, in good company.
For a swim, take the path leading to the river; a sandy private beach, shared with two other chalets awaits you. The waterfront is shallow and access is gradual, gently sloping, which is ideal for young families. Walks in the forest are practiced in all seasons on the many trails on the 55-acre site. For adventurers, take advantage of the kayaks and travel the Black River on the distance between the towns of Ste-Émélie and St-Jean-de-Matha.
End your day around a good fire, while enjoying the spa or sauna, sheltered from bad weather and mosquitoes in the outdoor section. This section is adjacent to the chalet and is accessible from the inside, through the French windows.
*** The owners are open to accepting small dogs (maximum of 15 lbs) and cats, for a maximum of 2 animals per stay. Charges apply. ***
*** Between Thanksgiving weekend and Patriots weekend, we cannot guarantee that watercraft will be available. ***
***Please note that the property is equipped with outdoor camera surveillance. The camera points towards the parking lot, not the land or the interior of the chalet.***

To reserve, make sure you have your credit card number on hand. The 1st payment of 50% of the total amount will be charged to your card when booking. The 2nd payment of 50% will be blocked 3 days before your arrival and taken on the day of your arrival.
/OR/ A reservation less than 14 days from the date of occupation is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment, ie 100% of the total amount, upon reservation.
In addition, a security deposit of $500 for a group of less than 10 people and $1000 for a group of more than 10 people or if the maximum capacity of the residence is more than 14 people will be blocked 3 days before your arrival on your credit card. This deposit will be returned to you following your departure if the chalet has been left in good condition.
