Magnificent log property on a private road, located in Mandeville in Lanaudière! This chalet for rent has everything you need for a stay that is both relaxing and entertaining.
The property is in a wooded environment, offering you the privacy so much sought after during a stay in a chalet. In summer, take advantage of the coolness of the river for a dip or to go for a ride with the two kayaks offered, access is a 2-minute walk away. Anglers may be lucky enough to catch bass, muskellunge or smelt. For swimming, bring sandals or water shoes since the bottom of the water is generally made of rocks and sand.
The chalet is located a few minutes drive from the popular Natur'Eau Spa. For lovers of the outdoors and hiking, you will also be close to the Chutes-du-Calvaire Regional Park and the Mastigouche Wildlife Reserve.
In winter, take advantage of the snowmobile and mountain bike trails near the chalet. It is possible to leave the chalet directly by snowmobile or mountain bike to reach the official trails. There is the possibility of renting snowmobiles one minute from the chalet, with Location Mastigouche.

Rates may vary according to the number of people. The maximum capacity must be respected at all times, both inside and outside, for a couple of hours or for a night and more. Every person going to the cottage must be mentioned on the contract. Rates may also vary for season to season and are subject to change without notice.

During high season, our rates are more elevated.
To book make sure you have your credit card number. A first payment of 50% will be charged on your credit card at booking. A second payment of 50% will be blocked 3 days before your arrival and taken on the day of arrival.
/OR/ A booking within 14 days of the date of occupation is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment or 100 % of the total amount at time of booking .In addition, a $ 500 security deposit for a group of less than 10 people and $ 1000 for a group of 10 people and over or if the maximum capacity of the cottage is 14 persons and over will be blocked 3 days before your arrival on your credit card. This security deposit will be unblocked 4 days after departure if the cottage has been left in good condition.
