This beautiful cottage for rent in the countryside is located on a huge land with a maple grove, on the edge of a small semi-private lake in St-François-Xavier-de-Brompton, in the Eastern townships.
The cottage is ideal for gatherings with family and friends. During summer, enjoy all the space offered by this property to play sports and let the children play outside! The swimming pool and the lake are there to refresh you during the beautiful summer days, while the private 4-season hot tub will be well appreciated, when the evening comes, to rest. The lake has a lot of aquatic plants which makes swimming less enjoyable. You can finish the day in group, oustide, around a fire, under the starry sky of the countryside.
The property offers many trails for walking, or for snowmobiling in winter. You can join the local snowmobile trail that passes near the cottage. With this track, reachable from the street of the cottage, you will be able to join the regional tracks. During March, the owners might work in the forest and in the building next to the cottage since it's the maple sugaring time of the year.
This large newly renovated house has everything you need to accommodate larger groups. With its 6 closed bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the cottage can accommodate up to 20 people comfortably. Naturally, the house is very well equipped, including a full kitchen where you can prepare all your meals during the stay.

During high season, our rates are more elevated.
To book make sure you have your credit card number. A first payment of 50% will be charged on your credit card at booking. A second payment of 50% will be blocked 3 days before your arrival and taken on the day of arrival.
/OR/ A booking within 14 days of the date of occupation is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment or 100 % of the total amount at time of booking .In addition, a $ 500 security deposit for a group of less than 10 people and $ 1000 for a group of 10 people and over or if the maximum capacity of the cottage is 14 persons and over will be blocked 3 days before your arrival on your credit card. This security deposit will be unblocked 4 days after departure if the cottage has been left in good condition.
