The chalet is less than 7 minutes from the magnificent Lac Stukely beach and 4 minutes from the parking lot giving access to all trails), 5 minutes from Mont Orford (skiing and hiking).

CAPACITY - The chalet offers you maximum comfort and charm. It can accommodate up to 6 people - ideally 4 adults - with its two closed bedrooms (one of which has its own bathroom). A mezzanine bedroom that turns into a playroom according to your needs. Your dog is welcome!

Location - The Chéribourg Des Merisiers chalet is located on the edge of the Mont Orford National Park. The forest literally opens under your feet. Quiet and peaceful, it's a little paradise. In the heart of the charming region of the Eastern Townships (Magog-Orford), it is only 1h15 from Montreal (Champlain Bridge).
Close to everything - 5 minutes from the activities of Mont Orford Park, 10 minutes from downtown Magog. The Chalet des Merisiers is close to all activity sectors. In summer, access to lakes Stukely, Fraser and Memphremagog in a few minutes by car. In winter, have fun skiing, fat biking, skating, snowshoeing, etc.
Spa - The spa is functional all year round! It is maintained between each rental. During stays of a week or more, an interview of a few minutes is carried out discreetly. The goal is to adjust the chemistry of the water and maintain its quality for your well-being!
Fireplaces - Inside the chalet, there is a gas fireplace that works at all times. Simple instructions are posted on site. The outdoor wood-burning fireplace is accessible year-round. You can bring your wood. Otherwise, to simplify the preparation of your stay, we have some on site. Pay per use. It is possible to buy some at the time of booking.
Wifi - The high speed fiber optic internet connection is unlimited. The download speed is 120 / Upload speed 10 Mbps.
Number of guests - It can accommodate up to 6 people - ideally 4 adults - with its two closed bedrooms (one of which has its own bathroom). Room mezzanine that turns into a playroom according to your needs. Your dog is welcome! The reservation must be made by a person aged 25 and over and be present during the stay. The number of people present at the chalet must reflect what was planned at the time of booking. Babies 2 years and under are welcomed with pleasure, free of charge. Simply notify us at the time of booking. Note: We do not have baby equipment. Please bring high chair, bassinet, etc.
Events (Parties) prohibited - It is absolutely forbidden to organize parties (parties), events, group meetings at the chalet. If this is what you are looking for, this chalet does not meet your needs. Otherwise, you have come to the right place!
Bedrooms - There are two closed bedrooms. One furnished with a large bed (Queen), the other with a double bed. A loft bedroom has a comfortable futon. This room can be transformed into a playroom according to your needs.
Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped to cook your favorite meals (or try new ones!). Cutlery, fondue dish, raclette plate, cookware, salt, pepper and coffee sugar. Bathroom - Freshly renovated, it is equipped with a bath-shower and a heated floor. Towels and washcloth are provided during the stay free of charge.
Laundry room - A washer and dryer are available at all times for washing. Particularly practical during longer stays.
Living room - Enjoy the wood fireplace (purchase on site or when booking), television cable (basic channels package). A variety of board games are also available.
Animals - We are happy to welcome your favorite animal to the chalet! Under certain conditions. Be aware that you are entirely responsible for it. Only one animal per stay. Either a dog up to 20 pounds or a cat. It is essential to ensure that your animal's behavior does not harm the peace of the neighborhood or the integrity of the property. When you leave, there must be no trace of your pet's passage through the chalet. The chalet is inspected between each rental. It is your responsibility to ensure that any damage is reported to us. Compensation costs, including material and time spent, will be invoiced. The conditions concerning the presence of animals are listed in the Booking Conditions.
Drinking water - Our water comes from the aqueduct system of the municipality of Orford.
Parking - 4 parking spaces are available in the yard.
Snow removal - During the winter season, a snowplow clears access to the yard and the parking lot as needed. The terrace and access to the spa are also maintained. Make sure you have tires adapted to the climatic conditions of Quebec!

NOTE: Prohibition of events, parties, reception at the chalet. Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
1. BOOKING TERMS
1.1.40% of the rental cost is required when booking. The balance of the rent is payable 30 days preceding the date of the beginning of the stay.
1.2. When the reservation is made less than 31 days before the start date of the stay, full payment is required.
1.3. The Landlord will accept payment by credit card through www.chaletsu.com at the time of booking. Subject to reservation, payments by bank transfer (Interac) may be accepted by written agreement prior to acceptance of the reservation request.
1.4.A security deposit of $500 CAD will be pre-authorized on the Renter's credit card on the day of arrival and released 4 days after departure if no damage is found by the Renter.
2. RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY.
2.1. All cancellations must be made in writing via www.chaletsu.com . The date and time (Eastern Time) of receipt will be considered for the application of this policy.
2.2.If the cancellation notice is received 31 days or more before the start date of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be retained by the Lessor as damages.
2.3. 30 days or less before arrival: no cancellation or refund; balance of the invoice to be paid in full including all taxes.
2.4. In the situation where the stay should be canceled or interrupted due to unforeseen problems in the building (water, electricity, others), the Landlord's liability would be limited to the cost of the rental. Unused days would then be refunded, but no additional compensation will be granted.
