Magnificent cottage on the shores of Grand Lac Saint-François in Lambton in the Eastern Townships.
Located at 5 min from the municipality of Lambton, where we find restaurants, SAQ, grocery store, dairy bar, gas station, bars, arena, etc.
Located at 5 km from the SEPAQ of the Frontenac National Park - South sector. Possibility of discovering a diversified fauna and flora, more than 40km of hiking trails, non-motorized watercraft rental (canoe, kayak, pedal boat, paddle board) or fishing. In winter, you can snowshoe on the trails.
The cottage includes two outdoor wooden swings facing the lake.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INTERIOR
In the basement, the floor in all rooms is finished with ceramic tiles heated by a radiant system or hardwood.
The furniture, woodwork and ceilings are of wood, handmade or original.
The cottage was built in 2001 and expanded in 2010, but still retains the rustic style of the 1940s. The place has kept the country decor of a country house.
Water heating with calorifier and radiant floor, which provides a nice stability of the room temperature.
First floor: Master bedroom with 1 Queen bed / Large dining room with view on the lake / Kitchen / Full bathroom.
Loft (upstairs): 1 Queen bed in the open area / Mezzanine with 1 Queen bed / Living room with sofa bed / Kitchenette and dining room / Full bathroom
Lower floor: 3 bedrooms with 1 Queen bed / Multipurpose room (serves as 7th bedroom) / 2 sofa beds in the living room (facing the lake) / Full bathroom with shower

During high season, our rates are more elevated.
To book make sure you have your credit card number. A first payment of 50% will be charged on your credit card at booking. A second payment of 50% will be blocked 3 days before your arrival and taken on the day of arrival.
/OR/ A booking within 14 days of the date of occupation is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment or 100 % of the total amount at time of booking .In addition, a $ 500 security deposit for a group of less than 10 people and $ 1000 for a group of 10 people and over or if the maximum capacity of the cottage is 14 persons and over will be blocked 3 days before your arrival on your credit card. This security deposit will be unblocked 4 days after departure if the cottage has been left in good condition.
