It offers a large land with: a hammock area to rest; a volleyball court; a small cottage for children; kayaks for children and for adults; 2 paddleboards, a pedal boat; a dock; a river which is accessible for swimming; a gazebo for when weather isn't on your side; an outdoor seating area; a private 4-season hot tub and a BBQ.
This little paradise is located about 5 minutes from the village of Weedon, so close to all services (restaurant, grocery store, pharmacy, etc.) You can access hiking trails at the Parc du Vieux Moulin, snowmobile and 4-wheeler trails , the Weedon Cultural Centre, the Le P'tit Plaisir cheese dairy, the Renaissance farm, and much more. The T55 snowmobile trail is accessible at a couple of minutes from the cottage.

This small cottage will charm you with its beautiful windows and omnipresent light. The living room, with its view of the river, is open concept with the dining room and the kitchen. In this open area, you will find a wood stove, which will be most appreciated during winter stays!
The property has 3 closed bedrooms and a bathroom. The house is comfortable for 8 people. However, you will find, just next to the cottage, in the renovated garage, a 'lounge' area serving as a games room, with a pool table. You can accommodate 4 more people, for a maximum of 12 people on the property.

Rates may vary according to the number of people. The maximum capacity must be respected at all times, both inside and outside, for a couple of hours or for a night and more. Every person going to the cottage must be mentioned on the contract. Rates may also vary for season to season and are subject to change without notice.

During high season, our rates are more elevated.
To book make sure you have your credit card number. A first payment of 50% will be charged on your credit card at booking. A second payment of 50% will be blocked 3 days before your arrival and taken on the day of arrival.
/OR/ A booking within 14 days of the date of occupation is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment or 100 % of the total amount at time of booking .In addition, a $ 500 security deposit for a group of less than 10 people and $ 1000 for a group of 10 people and over or if the maximum capacity of the cottage is 14 persons and over will be blocked 3 days before your arrival on your credit card. This security deposit will be unblocked 4 days after departure if the cottage has been left in good condition.
