+ 30% deposit required to guarantee the reservation if more than 30 days from arrival;
+ 70% balance required 30 days from arrival;
+ Security deposit of $400 required seven (7) days from arrival, refundable after inspection of the premises;
+ If within 30 days of arrival, 100% of the balance required to guarantee the reservation;
+ Accepted forms of payment: - Electronic transfer, Interac, Paypal, Credit cards (with PayPal. No need to have an account; however, a 3.0% transaction fee must be added to the balance due);
+ Cancellation policy: - 50% of the amount paid refunded if with more than 30 days notice - 25% of the amount paid refunded if with less than 30 days notice - 100% of the amount paid refunded if another reservation at same dates materialize;
+ Arrival after 4:00 p.m. - Departure by 11:00 a.m. (flexible depending on occupancy).
