COTTAGE DU LAC is an all-season two-story turnkey property located in Lac-Etchemin, in the scenic Appalachian Region. It can accommodate 11 guests comfortably in five bedrooms.
Overlooking the Etchemin Lake from one of its most prized locations, and affording guests amazing views with its more than 30 m (100 ft) of unobstructed lakefront, Cottage du Lac is a unique holiday destination that will without a doubt exceed all your expectations.
The property is easily reached in less than 60 minutes heading south from Québec City, or in 30 minutes from St-Georges de Beauce.
You will be seduced by its serene environment, by its generous fenestration which invites abundant light inside while also calling one outdoors to discover the breathtaking scenery.
During summer months laze blissfully away on the spacious dock after a swim in the lake's pristine waters, or heed the call for adventure aboard the two kayaks, the row boat or the pedal boat at your disposal. Why not tease the fish for a while!
The sleeping lake covered under a snow blanket remains an inspiring sight in the winter, which can be admired from indoors sitting by the warm fireplace or while enjoying a meal around the dining table that comfortably sits 12 guests.
