Come discover a typical Quebecois heritage house on the shores of the majestic Lac Aylmer in the heart of the village of Disraeli. This warm historic home, ideal for 1 or 2 families, has all the space needed to accommodate family, friends, or couples wanting to enjoy waterfront living while benefiting from the proximity of services and facilities in the charming town of Disraeli (convenience store, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurant, SAQ liquor store). Please note that the street in front of the cottage is busy.
With its immense plot, this charming home is the perfect place to relax thanks to its private access to Lac Aylmer. Its location is ideal for water sports enthusiasts. Near the dock, a gazebo has been installed for you to enjoy the fantastic lake view. From the property, you can also see two islets that you can explore by kayak.
The house has two terraces. The first has panoramic doors, allowing in the morning sun. The second is covered but overlooks the lake with sunlight from midday until evening. In both garages, you'll find everything needed for outdoor activities: BBQ, 8 garden chairs, small pool for children and some games, loungers, umbrellas, and a picnic table. End your day by an outdoor fire, either on the lake shore where there's space for a campfire, or closer to the house, around one of the two outdoor fireplaces.

The marina, just a two-minute walk from the residence, offers free service to launch your boat, allowing you to then moor it at the dock on the property.
You won't get bored in Disraeli as the village offers a plethora of activities depending on the seasons. In summer, bring your bikes or enjoy the municipality's rail biking. Hiking is the quintessential activity in this region, with numerous trails and mountains to climb. The choices are endless! In winter, snowmobile trails pass through the village, and traditional winter activities are all done at the cottage or nearby: downhill skiing, skating, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:
Our ancestral home has been renovated to offer you a sleek decor while retaining its old-fashioned charm. This cottage stands out immediately thanks to its omnipresent windows, flooding the rooms with light from the early hours of the day. The ground floor is open-plan and features 2 lounges, the dining room, and the kitchen, allowing large groups to gather and spend quality time together. The kitchen is practical with its large countertop and separate cooktop, allowing several people to prepare a delicious meal at the same time. On the ground floor, you'll also find a cozy bedroom and a bathroom. The other 4 bedrooms and another bathroom are upstairs. In the basement, discover a complete apartment and a small play area for teenagers with a ping-pong table and air hockey.

To reserve, make sure you have your credit card number on hand. The 1st payment of 50% of the total amount will be taken from your card upon booking. The 2nd payment of 50% will be blocked 3 days before your arrival and taken on the day of your arrival.
/OR/ A reservation less than 14 days from the occupancy date is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment, i.e. 100% of the total amount, upon reservation.
In addition, a security deposit of $500 for a group of less than 10 people and $1000 for a group of more than 10 people or if the maximum capacity of the residence is more than 14 people will be blocked 3 days before your arrival. arrived on your credit card.
