Century old home on an enchanting site bordered by the Saint John River and close to the Faubourg covered bridge. Ideal for nature lovers where outdoor activities await you.
Located in the hollow of the mountains, L'Anse-Saint-Jean offers a wonderful window on the Saguenay Fjord and is a proud member of the Association of the most beautiful villages of Quebec. Close by are two parks, the Saguenay Fjord National Park and the Saguenay-Saint-Laurent Park. Dating back to 1838, the town has many well maintained houses that reflect architectural treasures.
The house is on 2 floors, including 3 closed bedrooms, one full bathroom and a powder room. Living room with gas fireplace opens to the kitchen and the dining room. A terrace is facing the Saint John River with BBQ and possibility of external home fires. Washer and dryer are available.
The house is close to all services in the village of L'Anse-St-Jean, such as: grocery store (alcohol), pastries, pharmacy, chocolate shop, restaurants, gas station, etc.

- Its cleanliness.
The classifier also looks at:

- Certain environmental considerations.
