Located at only 3 minutes away from Mont St-Anne, 20 minutes from the Massif and 30 minutes from Quebec City. In the area of La Côte de Beaupre and near Charlevoix.
Big chalet of 1400 Sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace(wood not included), kitchen table for 8 people, 55 '' LCD TV on a wall , TV Cable and wireless internet. A large balcony overlooking a beautiful forest and a partial view on the river during the winter time.
Dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove and all pots and pans in order to cook. Mobile air conditioners are in the living room and main room.
Washroom on the main floor with washer and dryer and bathroom on the first floor.
Two parking lots, ski locker outside near the front door, indoor pool and an outdoor pool are only some of the amenities you can take advantage of.
The cottage has one queen bed, 2 double bed and one Sofa double bed. 2 simple folding beds are also availables. A baby park and bed rails for kids, for 1 bed, are also availables for your use.
Beddings and towels are all included . The only thing missing is you and your food.
This is a non-smoking cottage and pets are not allowed.

Taxes for the published rates: Taxes included
Our prices include all taxes and are in Canadian dollars. A 120$ fee for the cleaning needs to be added.
Your booking needs to be done at least 72 hours before arrival.
A 50 % deposit is taken upon booking on a credit card (Visa, Master-Card or American Express) or bank transfer.
Final payment must be made 10 days prior to arrival.
Once the deposit has been taken, an email and a receipt will be sent to you.
A print of your credit card will be done upon arrival and a security deposit of 500$ will be taken. This one will be reimbursed maximum 24h00 after your leave.
The person responsible must be minimum 25 years old.
Cancellation policy:
0 % if cancelled 61 days or more before arrival.
25 % if cancelled between 60 and 31 days before arrival.
50 % if cancelled between 30 and 8 days before arrival.
100 % if cancelled less than 8 days before arrival.
Please note a 7% will be charged for any refund to pay the payment by internet ***
