Located 2 hours from Montreal and 1 hour from Mont-Tremblant, prestigious house built on 130,000 square feet of private land in the heart of the forest and integrating harmoniously with the landscape. Right on the edge of a pretty stream on one side and a panoramic view of the other, this house is equipped with a spa for 8 people, a Finnish sauna (8X12), two outdoor showers and a game room with Bar / Arcade / BabyFoot .... All the facilities promote relaxation and entertainment to allow you a most memorable escape.

    1 Floor (1,430 square feet inside and 670 square feet for the terrace)

    A large open-concept common room with a kitchen, dining room and living room with wood fireplace on four sides glazed, patio door leads to an inviting terrace where there is a dining area for 10 people and a lounge area for 8 people. All with barbecue large capacity. there is also a bedroom with walk-in closet with king-size bed and private bath. you will also find the main entrance with a double wardrobe and a bathroom. Heated concrete floor for the entire ground floor.

    • High-end kitchen with quartz countertop, it is equipped with a convection cooker, dishwasher, a refrigerator connected to the water and producing ice cream with 3 sections including one for drinks, a lava kitchen, microwave, double-zone wine cellar, assorted spices and condiments, multi-function cookware, Kitchen-Aid blender, 4-slice electric toaster, Breville coffee maker with integrated grinder, panini machine, waffle iron, Ninja kneader, two raclette sets, muffin pans, presentation dishes, dishes ( 24 units minimum) and utensils (24 units minimum), wine glasses and beers and a multitude of accessories.

    Lower level (2,100 square feet inside and 1,200 square feet for the terrace)

    This floor has 4 bedrooms including a dormitory of 9 single beds to accommodate the brats. The other three bedrooms are almost identical with queen bed and built-in storage. The 3 bedrooms have incredible views of the lake. The laundry room is versatile with its built-in storage space. The family room is multi-function, you will find a bar with sink, equipped with a wine cellar and a built-in quartz tank to dispose of your bottles. This space has two relaxing corners, one with two hanging bubbles and the other two bubble puffs near USB jacks. Throughout the open area are three arcades two players for the delight of big and small! The 75 '' television is connected to Netflix and the whole chalet has Wifi connection and a sound system. The huge 1,200sqm heated terrace will please you as much in winter as in summer with its spa, lounge and quick access to the sauna which houses on one side the two outdoor showers.

    BOOKING CONDITIONS

      • Fifty percent (50%) of the cost of the rental is required when booking. The balance and security deposit of $ 2,000 are payable fifteen (15) days before the start of the rental.
      • When the reservation is made less than fifteen (15) days before the start date of the rental, full payment and security deposit of $ 2,000 are required.
      • A valid ID document confirming the address and date of birth of the TENANT must be presented to the LOCATEURS.
      • The landlord will accept interac credit transfers only, the instructions will be forwarded when signing the contract.

    RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY

      • Any cancellation must be done by written notice addressed to the LOCATO RS.
      • If the notice of cancellation is received more than 30 days before the start of the rental, the fifty percent (50%) deposit will be retained by the LOCATORS as damages and interest.
      • If the notice of cancellation is received less than thirty days before the beginning of the rental, the RENTER will have to pay the total amount of the rent, except the security deposit which will be returned.
      • If the cancellation is made after the start of the rental, the TENANT will have to pay the full amount of the rental, except for the security deposit for breakage and damage that will be returned.
      • In the event that the building would be destroyed, sold or not be able to be rented for unforeseen problems or out of the control of the LOCATORS, any contract will be canceled and the amounts will be reimbursed in total, without any compensation.

    In the situation where the stay should be interrupted due to unforeseen problems with the building, a refund equivalent to the proportion of unused days will be granted to the tenant, but no additional compensation would be granted.

  • The CITQ is mandated by the Minister of Tourism of Quebec to administer the official classification of seven categories of tourist accommodation establishments. This establishment is visited by the CITQ every 24 months.

    The classifier visits the establishment and, using hundreds of strict and objective criteria, rates:

    • The quality of physical facilities (bedroom, bathroom, common areas, outside, etc.);
    • Its appearance;
    • Its cleanliness.

    The classifier also looks at:

    • Services offered;
    • Certain environmental considerations.
