Reservation and cancellation policy:
- $700 security deposit taken 14 days before arrival and refunded following departure within 7 days.
- 50% due at time of booking
- balance due 14 days before arrival
- 100% refund, 60 days before the start of the stay less $50 service fee, 50% non-refundable from 21 to 59 days' notice and 100% non-refundable with less than 21 days' notice
- A rental contract must be completed and returned when booking.
