Ideal place for families, swimming paradise (clear water + sandy bottom). Panoramic view of the lake. Large balcony with gazebo to enjoy the landscape rain or shine. BBQ on site. Pedalo, paddle board, kayaks for adults and children on site at no additional cost. Place outside to make a campfire with wood included. Motorized boats are prohibited.
Includes 5 bedrooms (1 with Queens bed and futon, 1 with a Queen bed, 2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds), 1 sofa bed. Bedding included. Air conditioning and central sweeper. 2 bathrooms and powder room upstairs. Washer, dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, glassware, dishes and soap included.
Mezzanine with family lounge (TV + DVD/Blu-ray player + Shaw receiver with basic channels). Propane gas fireplace on the ground floor. No phone service. Fully finished basement with a large entrance hall and a large living room with a superb view of the lake. Living room in the basement fitted out with TV + DVD/Blu-ray player.

During summer:
You can enjoy the Mauricie National Park, the Batiscan Park, the Cité de l'Énergie, the Lumberjack Museum, Les Truites de la Mauricie Fish Farm, cruises on the St-Maurice River as well as several festivals including the Western Festival of St-Tite. Le Saint-Rémi Golf Club 15 minutes away, ST-JEAN Park in Ste-Thècle 10 minutes away (picnic area, beach, water games and watercraft rental), Lac-aux-Sables 15 minutes away minutes, possibility of cycling.
During winter:
You can practice cross-country skiing (Le Sillon cross-country ski club and Le Geai Bleu cross-country ski club), snowmobiling (Trans-Québec trail 23 at 2.8 km), quad (regional trail 455 at 2.8 km), skiing alpine at Vallée du Parc, etc.
5 km away: SAQ, METRO, DESJARDINS, Microbrasserie à la Fût, Boucherie Veillette, Boulangerie Germain and the Festival Western de ST-TITE.

Reservation policy:
Reservation deposit of 30% non-refundable in case of cancellation is required upon reservation. The deposit must be paid by Interac e-Transfer, cash or bank transfer.
Security deposit of $500 refundable after inspection of the premises following your stay if no breakage or lack of equipment is found and there is no excessive cleaning to be done. A checklist is available at the chalet so you don't forget anything before you leave. The deposit is returned within 7 days of your stay.
We ask that the premises be left in the same condition as they were on your arrival.
Non-smoking cottage.
Pets are not accepted.
Please note that the tranquility of the place must be respected at all times, noisy parties are therefore not appropriate for the respect of local residents.
