This three story cottage is the perfect place to build memories together. Some quotes from guests:

-I was happy to have the basic stuff already there, spices, sugar, aluminium paper. It gets on my nerves when it's missing. (We have full kitchen, 2 fondue kits etc)
-THANKYOU, I could drink MY morning coffee. (Appreciating that we have the choice of machines: NespressoVirtuo, Keurig, drip Filter coffee machine or simply an electric kettle.)
-The kids were happy to sometimes have their own space in the second living room.
-Easy to get there, off the highway and we were nearly there!
-We were going to get groceries before leaving for the cottage, but when we read that the grocery store was only 15 minutes from the cottage, it was easy and reassuring.
Located 10 minutes from the small village of Saint-Jean-des-Piles, 40 minutes north of Trois-Rivières and 1h40 from the edge of Montreal or Quebec.

The tenant agrees to:
- Do NOT bring animals to the chalet.
- Non-smoking environment. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the chalet.
- Read the visitors' notebook on site. (good information in it!)
- Upon departure, leave the premises, chalet, land, furniture and accessories in the same condition as on arrival and in their initial location. A supplement will be added to the tenant's costs if the landlord finds that the cleanliness of the chalet is deemed unsatisfactory.
- Not to hold any big gatherig or "party" inside the rented chalet that exceeds the total capacity of the chalet.
- At all times, no excessive noise will be tolerated. Limitation of exterior noise from 10 p.m. out of respect for the neighborhood.
- Keep furniture, towels, blankets inside the cottage.
- To comply with this rental agreement. Failure to comply with the contract gives the landlord the right to evict the tenant and their guests immediately by terminating this rental agreement. In this eventuality, the landlord will keep any sum paid to him and will retain any recourse against the tenant if the damage has been broken.
- To use the furniture and objects furnishing the rented building for the use for which they are intended and in the places where they are located. It is strictly forbidden to transport them outside the chalet.
- To notify the landlord as soon as the tenant becomes aware of a defect and / or breakage of equipment or furniture in the building. Any abusive use or not attributable to normal use of the building or of the goods furnishing it, will be repaired or replaced entirely at the expense of the tenant.
- Do not throw anything in the sinks, toilets, bathtubs and showers likely to obstruct the pipes, failing which, the costs incurred, for the return to service, will be entirely invoiced to the tenant.
- To allow access to the premises at all times to the landlord or his employee to inspect the premises and to carry out urgent work necessary to maintain the leased premises and its equipment in good condition.
- Only make outdoor fires at the location designated by the landlord at the time of rental and respect the conditions established by the municipality (eg: complete ban in times of drought).
- FIREWORKS ARE FORBIDDEN AT ALL TIMES.
- It is strictly forbidden to go camping on the site. No camping equipment (tent, tent trailer, trailer, motorized vehicle, etc.) will be tolerated.
