Description
The Chalet du Grand Pin is a two-storey cottage in a modern wooden style that will charm you with a direct view of the Loup river and the forest, its internal and external fireplaces for great comfort, its access to the river and its sandbank nearby and its mosquito gazibo that will allow you to enjoy the beauty of nature, in all weather.
No cellular network, no cable, but access by high-speed fiber network, which allows teleworking and a telephone link by Wifi in complete peace of mind.
Do you enjoy nature and be active? You can take advantage of the du Loup river for swimming and fishing on the sandbank, for paddling in a kayak (included). Litte paths on the property for short walks in the summer or snowshoeing in the winter.
The cottage is also located less than 5 minutes from the ATV / snowmobile trails and the Mastigouche Wildlife Reserve where all its activities are offered. You can buy your fishing license there at the reception centre.
Several kinds of birds come to visit you, beautiful blue jays, chickmunks, squirrels, wild rabbits, turkeys and others. Each season will charm you and encourage you to relax.
Included: Firewood for the interior fire place, BBQ, bedding, snowshoes, very well equipped kitchen and teleworking space.

A deposit of 50% of the reservation is payable on reservation, the balance of the reservation must be paid upon delivery of the key.
A security deposit of $300 is required upon delivery of the key, following the inspection of the premises, if no damage has been found, this deposit will be returned to you 7 days following the end of your rental.
