Rates are on a monthly basis. That said, even if you were looking for one, two or three weeks, you will benefit from the same low price and access to tbe cottage for 32 days, for you or your close ones.

Deposit of 700$ requested at the time of booking. This deposit confirms the reservation and also serves as a security deposit.
The 700$ deposit will be retained in part or in full, in case of damages. Otherwise, it will be refunded in the 7 days following the end of the rental period.
