Welcome at Bacchus cottage. Located in the Laurentian, this luxurious cottage is at less than 5 minutes driving from Tremblant ski resort North Side.

This cottage can host up to 20 people. Everything has been meticulously think. The only thing you will need is your personnal belonging.

For outdoor activities, we are located at less than 5 minutes from Tremblant's North Side. You can also drive to Mont Tremblant's village within 20 minutes. You can also access the national park of Tremblant within 10 minutes. On the cottage's grounds, we have a tennis and beach volleyball court and a hot tub at your disposal.


A mini grocery store with a SAQ agency is located within 5 minutes from the cottage in case you forgot something.

Rates and regulations

Accepted payment methods: Cash, Check, Interac e-transfer

Rental type: Long term (32 days and over)

Minimum Maximum
Month (32 days and over) $6,000 $6,000

Taxes for the published rates: Without taxes

Rent

  1. The rent is $ 5,850.00 for the period listed, payable as follows and by interac transfer:
    1. $ 1,755.00 [30% of the total rent] at the time of signing the contract (the “Advance Payment”);
    2. $ 4,095.00 [70% of the total rent] no later than 24 hours before the start date of the contract (the “Final Payment”).
  2. In the event that the Tenant fails to pay the Final Payment as indicated, the Landlord may terminate this contract and keep the Advance Payment.
  3. If there is more than one Tenant, they are jointly responsible for the payment of the rent.

Security deposit

  1. The Tenant must pay the Landlord an amount of 1,000.00$ as a security deposit (the "Security Deposit") by [method of payment - interac transfer, etc.] no later than 24 hours before the Start date of the term. The Security Deposit will be refunded to the Tenant no later than 4 days after the end of the contract, unless damage to the Property is noted by the Landlord, in which case the Landlord will be entitled to keep the Security Deposit at amount of the damage, without prejudice to its other rights and remedies against the Tenant.

Cost of utilities

  1. Electricity, heating, internet and gas are the responsibility of the Landlord.

Termination

  1. The Tenant cannot terminate this contract without the consent of the Landlord. However, in the event that the Tenant cannot get to the Property due to a ban on travel between regions decreed by the Government of Quebec between the signing of this contract and the date of the Start of the term, this contract may be modified. and postponed to a later date.

Subletting and assignment

  1. The Renter is not authorized to sublet the Property or to assign its rights in this contract.

Obligations of the Tenant

  1. The Tenant may not use the Property as a primary residence.
  2. The Tenant will not be able to operate a trade or a business in the Property.
  3. The Tenant must return the Property in the same condition and the same cleanliness as on the start date of the contract.
  4. The Tenant is responsible for the general cleaning and maintenance of the Property during the term of the lease.
  5. No animals are allowed in the Property unless previously agreed with the Landlord.
  6. It is strictly forbidden to smoke (tobacco or cannabis) in the Property.
