The price of renting a tent or cottage is valid under the normal seating capacity specified by the campsite. Please ensure the normal capacity included in your package.

A minimum of 2 nights is required to make a reservation (3 during the week-ends of St-Jean-Baptiste, Canada Day and Labor Day).

A $80 deposit is required

Non-refundable deposit at any time. Stay transferable at no cost to more than 14 days of the arrival date.

If a cancellation is made less than 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total of the invoice will be charged to the credit card. The reservation cannot be modified at that time.

If the client does not cancel and does not show up, 100% of the total invoice will be charged to the credit card.

All cottages are non-smoking

Pets are not allowed

The non-respect of these policies will result in a $200 fee.

The CITQ is mandated by the Minister of Tourism of Quebec to administer the official classification of seven categories of tourist accommodation establishments. This establishment is visited by the CITQ every 24 months.

The classifier visits the establishment and, using hundreds of strict and objective criteria, rates:

• The quality of physical facilities (bedroom, bathroom, common areas, outside, etc.);
• Its appearance;
• Its cleanliness.

The classifier also looks at:

• Services offered;
• Certain environmental considerations.
