The chalet comes fully equipped with everything you need to make your vacation experience a memorable one! 40 minutes from Mont Tremblant ski hills. All winter sports are available: snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing! Activities: cycling - a few minutes from the P'tit train du Nord trail, fishing, canoeing and kayaking, magnificent municipal beach on the shores of Grand Lac Nominingue is 10 min away, Golf de Nominingue also 10 min away.
All winter sports are available nearby: snowmobiling - the Laurentians region ranks among the best snowmobile destinations in Quebec. Its favorable geographical location guarantees snowfall every season. On average, 350 cm of snow covers the region with its soft winter coat. A network of more than 2,437 km of marked and maintained trails. You can access these trails directly from the chalet with your snowmobile. Skiing at magnificent Mont Tremblant hills just 40 minutes away. Snowshoeing and cross-country skiing at Domaine Vert Park or Club de ski des six Cantons.
This beautiful home can accommodate up to 8 people. Resting in a luxurious nature escape, featuring cathedral ceilings, a large fully equipped kitchen, impressive stone wood-burning fireplace, spacious family room with pool table. You can enjoy beautiful forest views from the chalet's wonderful position, on a large wrap-around deck accessible from the living area, the ideal spot to relax. The deck features a propane gas BBQ, comfortable seating set, dining set, lounge chairs, and a swing.

Taxes for the published rates: Without taxes
Cancellations: Full refund if canceled up to 30 days before arrival. If booked less than 30 days before arrival, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before arrival. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund afterwards.
The tenant agrees to honor and respect the total amount of the rental price plus the number of people.
We require that a refundable security deposit of $500 be sent to our email info@chaletbellecordelia.ca the day before your arrival. It will be returned to you up to 5 working days after your departure.
Arrival time is 5:00 pm and departure time is 11:00 pm If an early arrival or late departure is possible, we will let you know.
The door and alarm code will be sent to you the day before your arrival.
We respect your privacy and there are no cameras inside the house but we do monitor the outside entrance and the parking lot.
Tenants will respect the chalet and its supplies, furniture, grounds and accessories. If damage or theft occurs during their stay, they will be responsible for paying for any necessary repairs and replacements.
The tenants will keep the chalet clean and will deposit the waste in plastic bags, securely tied, in the trash. (Please note that local animals tend to wreak havoc with trash left outside.) Please use the black bin for your regular trash and the green bin for recycling. Garbage and recycling containers are located at the end of the driveway.
Tenants must respect the calm of the premises by avoiding creating noise or music at a level that would disturb neighbors and/or that would be contrary to municipal regulations.
Firewood is available and is included in the price. Please be reasonable and responsible when using it.
Smoking is not permitted in the chalet.
Beddings and towels are provided.
Note that if the cottage was left in a really messy state and the housekeeper needs more than 4 hours to clean, the tenant will have an excess cleaning fee of $100. Ch. Cordélia-Hamelin is a private road and cannot be found directly. Please search on Google Maps for 1701 Chem. des Hêtres, Nominingue, QC J0W 1R0 to get to Ch. Cordélia-Hamelin. Turn right. It is the fourth house on your left.
A hot tub (spa) is available for our guests. Please make sure to bring bathing suits, flip-flops and bathrobes. The hot tub has weekly maintenance. It is recommended that the guests have a shower before going into the hot tub. Also, please keep in mind that is very easy to change the mode unintentionally. The small screen should show the temperature (eg103) which means it is on “ST” (standard mode). The screen should Not say “SL” (sleep mode) or “EC” (economy mode). To change the modes - press the temperature button and then the light button.
