Three bedrooms with a view of the lake, full kitchen, dining room, living room with fire place, bathroom with shower, basement finished with woodwork with playroom and laundry room. For more relaxed days, indoor games, flat screen TV or admire the lake from the covered porch on one of our rocking chairs.
Quiet and discreet cottage because bordered by the forest of the “crown” lands in front and a good distance separates our only two neighbors.

**We have 6 pairs of adult snow shoes for you.
In the summer, roast your marshmallows with the outdoor fireplace. Take advantage of a private dock where you can swim, relax or dock your boat. Rowboat, canoe and children's kayaks at your disposal. To enjoy your holidays even more, we have added a structure for children to keep them occupied. At Park La Biche, you'll find a very large sandy beaches and an obstacle trail for all ages.
In the fall, the colors are magnificent.
In winter, explore the cross-country ski trails, snowshoeing, the village ice rink or relax around an outdoor fireplace with hot chocolate in hand. Wood available in the village (delivery). In addition, the surrounding forest is populated by many deers that you will not fail to come across.
In spring, nature comes back to life.

Provincial ATV and snowmobile trails from the chalet.
The Petit Castor Ecological Trail takes you to the magnificent waterfalls. Several kilometers of groomed trails leading to lookouts. (500 meters from the chalet)
The Sentier du Ruisseau du Diable offers you another beautiful walk and is also suitable for cycling. (15 minutes from the chalet)
Mont-Limoge at an altitude of 415 meters offers you several panoramic trails, among others, on the Le Lièvre river and the two Cerfs lakes. (15 minutes from the cottage)
Cross-country ski trail with refuge; 4 km of intermediate-difficult slopes and 5.2 km of easy slopes. (10 minutes from the cottage)
Snowshoe trail with shelter; 3 easy loops varying from 1km to 4km and a more difficult one of 750 meters. (10 minutes from the cottage)

Skating rink in the village which is very large and very well maintained.
The linear park "Le P'tit Train du Nord" parking in Val-Barrette 20 minutes from the chalet. A 13km track towards Mont-Laurier, all paved since 2003.
