Waterfront chalet located in Chute-St-Philippe, in the heart♥ of the High Laurentians with direct view of the lake. Small quiet lake with only 3 chalets , pleasant for swimming and for recharging your batteries.
Located at only 2h30 from Montreal, 1h15 after Tremblant and/or 30 min. before Mont-Laurier.

Grocery store, SAQ, bistro, gaz station, bakery and restaurant.
Nearby, you will find several interesting activities for kids, teens and adults as much as in the summer and winter. Known for its resort, its mountain bike and snowmobile trails, cross-country skiing, fishing and much more, you will fall under the charm of this little piece of heaven.

The chalet is non-smoking. You can smoke on the terraces where ashtrays are at your disposal.
Family chalet counting on your calm of the place in order to respect the neighbors. No parties allowed, failing to respect the rules, we reserve the right to evict you, without any refund.
We rely on travelers to leave the chalet in good condition when they leave.
Pets: Only dogs are welcome (maximum 2 dogs (at no extra cost). The chalet is well equipped to receive them. Strict rules for dogs:
- Please DO NOT let your dog(s) climb on our furniture;
- Take the necessary measures to ensure the CLEANLINESS of the premises (interior & exterior), this also goes for the outdoor PATIOS (these are not pet toilets, no matter the season).
- The front yard is fenced in, however, for security purposes, NEVER leave your dog with no surveillance;

- Please note due to allergies, hygiene and maintenance purposes, we ONLY accept dogs (NO CATS or any other animals allowed).

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Price for 2-4 pers. / $30 addition pes. per night (maximum = 10 people).
- Deposit to reserve: 50% (non-refundable in case of cancellation)
- Security Deposit of $350 refunded within 7 days of departure, if the premises are left in good conditions
- Balance due: 14 days prior to arrival
- Arrival 4 pm. and Departure 11 a.m.

♥ Hot Tub ♥ terms & conditions
Put into practice guidelines (information provided at the chalet) related to the use of the Hot Tub so that the water stays clean for swimming as your arrival. Additional fees of $100 ( or + if needed) may be deducted from your security deposit if this is not the case.
Upon departure, put the temperature of the hot tub to 104°F (recommended temp) + pickup any waste in the hot tub area and make sure the spa cover is properly put back in place.
N.B.: Prices for high season or long weekends (legal holidays) on request.
