A 5-minute walk will take you to the Domaine du Grand Chevreuil, a true playground spanning 6,000,000 sq ft for nature activity enthusiasts. Deer, wild turkeys, and Bald Eagles are among the species you can admire at the Domaine. Enjoy, just two minutes away by car, a huge indoor pool, spa, dry and wet saunas, as well as a virtual golf. Reserve the complex just for yourself!

Possibility to rent 4 other cottages (in close proximity) with a capacity of over 60 people to organize family gatherings, team building, etc. Join us at this meeting point between Montreal and Abitibi. We ask our guests to respect the regulations of the city of Chute-Saint-Philippe regarding noise disturbance. For more information, please contact the host. References required for group rentals of individuals aged 18 to 28. If the police are called for noise disturbance and the owner is fined, the fine will be subsequently billed to the tenant.
In SUMMER In addition to having a superb view, you can engage in a multitude of water sports right from your dock (kayaking, paddleboarding, pedal boating). In the morning, have your coffee by the lake. In the evening, when the sky is clear, you can admire the stars by the fire.
A private dock is available to you at Lac Rochon. At Domaine du Grand Chevreuil, ride down the mountain biking or ATV trails. Bring your aperitif for a walk in the forest to contemplate the waterfalls and take a moment of relaxation.

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the arrival date is at least 30 days away.
- 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the arrival date.
- No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date.
- Full refund with a $500 administrative fee if the cancellation is made 30 days prior to the arrival date, but we are able to rent the cottage.
