WHAT YOU'LL FIND HERE: A relaxing and convenient location, situated near all amenities, public transportation, and various outdoor activity centers.
Within walking distance or a short bike ride (if you don't have a car), you'll find shops, grocery stores, pharmacies, charming local restaurants and bistros serving delicious regional dishes, artisanal breweries, music festivals and shows, theaters, yoga centers, health and wellness services, and the vibrant village market.
Additionally, there are nearby attractions such as waterfalls, beaches, kayaking down the Rivière du Nord (7 km from Val-David to Lake Raymond), the natural reserve of the Val-David-Val-Morin regional park featuring rock climbing walls, hiking and cross-country skiing trails, ski resorts, and the renowned 'P'tit train du Nord' cycling path, known for its scenic beauty.

LOCATION AND TRANSPORTATION: Located in Val-Morin, about 60 minutes from Montreal, 30 minutes north of Saint-Jérôme, 5 minutes from Val-David and from exit 76 on Highway 15. It's also 15 minutes from Saint-Adèle and Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, and 30 minutes south of Mont-Tremblant.
Also, very close to public transportation, including a bus stop heading towards Mont-Tremblant or the EXO train station in Saint-Jérôme, which are both around 10 minutes away on foot. Carpooling is another frequently used transportation method in the area, in addition to taxi services. Therefore, you have several transportation options available.
TERMS: Available immediately. $1000/month (minimum 3-month rental period), all-inclusive (i.e., furnished, heated, well-lit, large living room with fireplace, spacious kitchen and dining room, laundry room, sunroom, cleared parking spaces, high-speed internet, air conditioning, and a beautiful private backyard ideal for gatherings with friends. Includes shared BBQ, kayaks, canoe, pedal boat, paddleboard, and other recreational equipment for summer enjoyment.
Suitable for one person, with the possibility of year-round cohabitation if desired. Each room measures 10 ft x 13 ft (3.048 m x 3.9624 m).
