Welcome to our charming cottage! We are delighted to welcome you and provide you with a wonderful experience in our tranquil retreat. To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please take the time to read the following rules and policies:
1- Reservation and deposit :
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.
The balance must be paid in full upon arrival.
2- Arrival and departure:
Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 11 am.
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3- Cancellation policy :
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the arrival date will result in a full refund of the deposit.
No refunds will be given for early departures or unused nights.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in time.
4-Maximum occupancy:
The chalet has a maximum occupancy limit indicated in your booking confirmation.
Exceeding this limit without prior agreement will result in additional charges or eviction without refund.
5- Smoking and pets:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the chalet.
