A security deposit of $1000 is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be fully refunded after departure, subject to a property inspection.
Reservation Policy
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total stay amount.
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours before the arrival date.
- In case of cancellation more than 10 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded. If cancellation occurs less than 10 days before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.
Usage Policy
- Check-in: after 4 PM. Check-out: before 11 AM.
- Guests are asked not to smoke inside the chalet.
- Pets are not allowed inside the chalet.
- The maximum number of occupants is 12 people.
- The tranquility of the neighborhood is important to us. Therefore, it is forbidden to organize parties or events without prior agreement.
Housekeeping Policy
To ensure the comfort of all our guests and maintain the quality of our chalet, we kindly ask our guests to please follow the instructions below before their departure:

Dishwashing and Kitchen: Please wash all the dishes used during your stay and return the kitchen utensils to their original place. This includes plates, glasses, cutlery, and any other kitchen equipment.

Garbage: Please gather all your trash, place it in garbage bags, and dispose of it in the designated containers located outside the chalet. Recycling is encouraged whenever possible.

Linens: We ask our guests to leave the sheets on the beds after their use. Used towels should be placed in the bathtub or on the floor of the main bathroom. This helps us quickly identify the laundry that needs washing and efficiently prepare the chalet for the next guests.
