Payment methods will be as follows ⦁ To book a stay, a deposit of 25% of the rental price is required. You will also need to provide a scan or photo of a valid ID with photo, name and address. Electricity and heating costs (Hydro) will be additionally payable by the tenant. Invoices will be sent to the tenant and must be paid to the landlord within 15 days. ⦁ The security deposit of $1,000 payable in cash will also be made upon possession of the 1 keys and/or upon arrival at the house. This deposit will be refunded no later than 30 days at the end of the rental, by Interac or otherwise, following verification by the owner of the inventory of the rented premises and obtaining all full payments due. The security deposit is required to ensure that the condition and contents of the house (interior and exterior) are impeccable, and are the same at the end of the rental period.
