Rule: No party or event/drinking or disproportionate party...everything must be respectful
- the tenant must be 25 years or older
- garbage and recyclable materials must be placed in the trash cans provided at the entrance to the property
- The house must be clean and tidy before departure
- Please do not leave food or perishable items
