A private beach and a dock are at your disposal located in front of the chalet offering you a body of water of exceptional quality. No motor boat.

Mountain trails where you can go hiking or snowshoeing are accessible nearby.

In the season with a contract:

All fees are included in the season.

Rate for 4 people, $50 per additional person.

Deposit of 50% of the amount when booking. The other 50% must be paid 1 month before the rental period. Only 50% of the deposit is refundable if canceled before 30 days, otherwise non-refundable. A $500 security deposit is also required.

Year round with a lease:

Electricity and internet costs are at the expense of the tenant.

Additional fee of $50/month for an animal.
