Taxes for the published rates: Taxes extra
The rent is $3,000 per month, plus taxes TPS and TVQ.
- 50% of the rental amount is payable upon booking.
- The balance of payment must be paid 30 days before the arrival date.
A security deposit of $1000 is required the day before taking possession of the chalet, by Interac transfer. This amount will be returned to the tenant within 7 days following their departure, after checking the condition of the chalet and its contents.
Departure cleaning fee: $150
Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside and pets are not accepted.
Cancelation:
- If canceled more than 30 days before arrival date: your deposit will be refunded, less an administration fee of 4% of the total reservation.
- In the event of cancellation with less than 30 days notice before the arrival date: the rental cost is fully applicable. No amount will be refunded.
